Dow has been moving strictly as per technicals, and it bounced from 10,700 levels this week, and made a 1000 point upmove , hit 11,700 levels and came down again.
the way dow closed on friday, it doesnt give a pretty picture, and breaking 11,000 levels, can fall to 10,600 and below for the week.
for any strength , it has to close above 11,670 levels, which would lead to a short term rally up to 12,250 levels.
